The hotel was quaint and neat with nice views of the mountains. We had a triple room with nice bed and central heating, a flat-screen TV, and iPod docking station. Free Wi-Fi was good and the service was good. Loved our place and will come back...

Alex
The hotel is set in a great location next to chalets with another family, restaurant and both skiing.

John
Heated and beautifully designed room with an adjoining terrace and a TV. Generally exceptional service with parking nearby. By the way, parking fee - gbp 21 per day. Location close enough to the centre of the resort, about a 200 metre walk back up the hill and especially the bar & restaurant.

Frances
Perfectly comfortable room and separate bathroom with all necessary facilities. Nice staff and quick to respond.

Andrew

During our stay from the 28th of January to the 7th of February, we found the location of the hotel to be ideal for easy access to the slopes and the bars and shops in the area. The rooms were comfortable and cozy, and we enjoyed the truly imaginative menu offered at the restaurant, which was complemented by expert and sensible wine selections. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, and the service provided by the staff was friendly and attentive. the hotel had facilities such as a boot drying room and ski lockers for added convenience.
One minor drawback was that during busier times, it was sometimes challenging to find space in the bar area, especially in the evenings.

Very small hall, very small and cool room. We slept under 3 cover. The breakfast on the day of going was very miserable.

A michelin start quality food and a nice setup.
It was a bit cold during the nights and sauna was missing a changing room/shower/locker. One possibility is to provide a bath-suit in the rooms.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The hotel itself was beautifully furnished and well-equipped, with modern communal areas, a spa, and a restaurant and bar. Our family room was comfortable and clean, with a separate WC and bathroom that had been recently refurbished. The spa was a welcome treat after a day on the slopes, with a jacuzzi hot tub, sauna, and steam room. The meals included in our half-board package were of excellent quality, and we particularly enjoyed the traditional Savoyarde evening. The location of the hotel was also ideal, with easy access to the piste and nearby amenities.
We would highly recommend this place to friends and family looking for a luxurious and comfortable hotel with excellent service and a great location.

1. Friendlyness of the staff 2. Cuisine. Nice menu. 3. Hot water at any time.
1. Thermic and phonic isolation 2. You are not skiing out and in the hotel as you have to walk in both cases. 3. The room for the ski shoes is not helping the humidity to remain in the boats. 4. The ski room is located two floors below.

The hotel is in the centre of the village and very close to the slopes (30 metres). The rooms are not very large but comfortable (we were in a triple room). The hotel staff is excellent.
The restaurant is too small for the number of guests. The skiroom and the skiboot room are in 2 different floors and it is very uncomfortable.

The food was good and the service nice. Breakfast had a good variety and dinner was enjoyable. The location was also good, just a short walk away from the slopes which was great. It also had a ski room and a boot heater which was also quite helpful.
The room was small and we had a lot of trouble with the heating. The lounge area was a bit crowded and it was hard to find a seat.
